Richard D. "Rich" Sanders, a partner with Balch & Bingham's Atlanta office, returns to our council this year after a well received presentation on HIPAA security rules in 2008.
This year, Rich will review the policies proposed by President Obama during the campaign, discuss the backgrounds of key appointees to the Cabinet who will affect estate planning, and outline the initial tax plans presented by the new Administration after a month in office.
