Our January meeting will be presented by attorney, Harold Apolinsky, and will be on the topic of Estate Planning in 2010.
Harold is a shareholder with Sirote & Permute's Birmingham office, a published author of many estate and tax planning articles, an adjunct professor of law, and community philanthropist.
Harold was instrumental in establishing the Estate Planning Legal Specialist designation for the NAEPC, and serves on the Estate Law Specialist Board for that designation.
